Sales and delivery conditions

Prices for wines are in euros, when bought directly from the winery, including all taxes and duties, as well as packaging. Our offer is non-binding. You can cancel your order within 14 days after its placement. However, you will be charged for any transport costs of goods that were already shipped at the point of cancellation.

Shipping within Austria: by BahnExpress or parcel service: free shipping within Austria for any order of 6 bottles or more (incl. assorted orders). Shipping costs for smaller orders amount to 6.00 euros for shipments within Austria.

Shipping to Germany: free shipping to Germany for any order of 25 bottles or more. Shipping costs for smaller orders amount to 15.00 euros.

Shipping costs for other countries are available upon request.
Please note that customers are solely responsible for any additional custom and import procedures and fees. Customers need to ensure that the rules and regulations of the respective importing country are adhered.

We ship the ordered wine(s) as soon as possible and include an invoice.

Invoices are payable immediately after receipt without deduction. The Place of Fulfilment is Rust am See, Austria. The Place of Jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. In case of default of payment, we charge 12 % default interest per year.
You can also pay in advance for your order. If you want to pay in advance, we will send you your invoice by e-mail, which will include our bank details for the transfer.

If you pay with PayPal the provisions of PayPal and its contractual partners shall apply.

Orders remain our property until they are paid in full. The Place of Fulfilment is Rust am See, Austria.
